This was my 2nd time reading this book and I enjoyed it as much this time as I did the first time. Which says something for the book. To me this is a touching story of a family dealing with the death of their youngest daughter and what it takes to come through on the other side, whether through painting or sitting on the roof. It is not a true tale but so easily could be.
