Hi I'm Caitlin a refuge from GR due to its censoring of reviewers. I'm still getting use to the site and hope to get back into the rhythm of writing reviews for all I'm reading.
Here is what stars mean to me:
1- Was horrible, no one should read it
2- Didn't click with me but someone else may enjoy or didn't live up to expectations
3- I enjoyed it, nothing special(most books)
4- Very good but the there was still enough flaws to prevent me from falling in love with it
5- I loved it, it made me think and feel strong emotions, very few flaws
A very good book, but does have a lot of violence in it.
This book takes place in the south during Teddy Roosevelt's time in office. He calls on a young lawyer to find out if lynchings are happening in the south and to find out what is really going.
